I grew up in the original generation and have vivid memories of the excitement and impact of the original series. 20 years later, the momentum of the series has not waned, and fans continue to spread throughout Asia and the world. We are making the most of Netflix's highly flexible platform for expression in the creation of our films. We are delighted to be able to maximize the appeal of the original work's magnificent worldview by bringing together the best teams from Japan and abroad, in addition to developing the story in each episode with no restrictions on length.
