An introduction video for the Tachi and Lance swords from "Monster Hunter Rise," scheduled for release on March 26, 2021 (Friday), has been released.

Sword

The sword is a weapon with a sharp cutting edge. The more it slashes at its prey, the more Neriki Gauge it builds up, allowing it to perform high-powered kiba-ziri attacks.

It can also be used for technical moves, such as cutting off an incoming attack and counterattacking.

Iron Mushroom Technique] Water Moon Stance

Like the water moon, a sword that is both soft and lustrous.
By receiving an attack while in the stance, a quick counter attack is made.

Flying Kick

A slash that soars to the sky, a flash of pursuit.
The attack is made while leaping forward. The Neriki Gauge automatically increases for a certain period of time when the attacker hits the target with a falling thrust.
When the Neriki Gauge is at a higher color level, the attacker can use one level of Neriki Gauge by pressing the button when the attack hits, to perform a powerful Kiba Kabutowari.

Lance

The lance is a weapon with advanced defensive capabilities, with a robust shield that keeps the user from being knocked down by powerful attacks, and the ability to attack and move while guarded. Its counterattacks and sharp attacks are also attractive.

Duel Vine

Tie up your opponents and don't let them escape!
The kunai is thrust into the target, drawing the target's attention. While the kunai is stuck in the target, the attacker can jump to the monster's position while guarding it by pressing a button.

Anchor Rage

Rage of Reversal Offensive.
While holding a shield, the attacker's attack power is increased for a certain period of time by receiving an attack. The amount of increase in attack power varies depending on the power of the attack.
