It was announced that "GUNDAM Cafe POP-UP STORE YOKOHAMA" will open in the event hall (inside the ticket gates) in front of the central north ticket gate of JR Yokohama Station from December 21, 2020 (Monday) to January 11, 2021 (Monday, holiday).

The first GUNDAM Cafe opened in front of Akihabara Station in April 2010 as a pioneer of character-themed cafes. Many GUNDAM fans have visited the cafe for its menu, interior design, and customer service that incorporate the world view of the characters. The company now operates six stores nationwide (Odaiba, Osaka Dotonbori, GUNDAM SQUARE <Osaka>, Fukuoka, and Haneda Airport Satellite), including the "GUNDAM Cafe TOKYO BRAND CORE.

The official Gundam café "GUNDAM Cafe," operated by BANDAI SPIRITS Food Entertainment Development Department, is located in the "GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA," a facility where visitors can experience a life-size 18-meter "moving Gundam. The "GUNDAM Cafe" will feature the "JAPAN FOOD COLLECTION," GUNDAM Cafe's original food brand, in collaboration with local manufacturers and specialty products from around Japan, as well as about 230 items of GUNDAM Cafe original goods that are usually only available at the store. In addition, there will also be special local goods available only at stores nationwide, so be sure to check them out.
