TV Anime "86 - Eighty-Six" to begin airing in April 2021! The first PV and the first key visual of the anime are also released!

It was announced that the TV anime adaptation of "86-ATS-Six" will begin airing in April 2021. In addition, the first PV and the first key visual of the anime were also released.

86" is a light novel that won the grand prize at the 23rd Dengeki Novel Award. The work by Asato Asato (original story), Shirabi (illustrations), and I-IV (mechanical design) depicts boys and girls fighting as "manned drones.


The TV anime adaptation will be directed by Toshimasa Ishii of "The Seven Deadly Sins," with character design by Tetsuya Kawakami of "To Aru Majutsu no Index" and series composition by Toshiya Ohno of "DIVE! and A-1 Pictures, which produced the " Sword Art Online" series, will be in charge of the animation production.


Cast information has also been released. Shoya Chiba will play the role of Shin'ei Nouzen, who leads the boys and girls to their deaths, and Ikumi Hasegawa will play the role of Vladilena Milise, who commands them from the rear via communication.

The first PV, which is the first anime footage, has been released. The PV features the attractive voices of Shin (CV. Shoya Chiba) and Rena (CV. Ikumi Hasegawa) and powerful battle scenes, so be sure to check it out.


The first key visual has also been released. The key visual depicts Rena and Shin standing on a juggernaut in the back, and is filled with the charms of "86-ATS-Six".


In addition, it has been decided that Hiroyuki Sawano and KOHTA YAMAMOTO will be in charge of music, and Shirogumi will be in charge of CG production.
In the first PV, you can hear the music as well as the powerful images created by Shirogumi's CG. We look forward to seeing how Hiroyuki Sawano, KOHTA YAMAMOTO, and the Shiro-gumi, who have worked on numerous masterpieces, will color this work.

In response to the invasion of the Legion, a fully autonomous unmanned combat machine developed by the Gearde Empire, the Republic of San Magnolia, a neighboring country, has developed the Juggernaut, an unmanned combat machine.
