Part 4: Transformers War for Cybertron WFC-07 Megatron Part 2

Let's take a look at the various poses, as announced in the previous article.

Huffing and puffing.

Ready to go? Autobots."

It can stand on one leg!

You can even stand on one knee!

A sword can be connected to the bazooka.

You can choose from two different directions to attach the sword. Choose the one that best suits your pose.

The combined weapon is this large. The power of the combined weapon increases at once.

The sword can be held in the hand like a rifle. ......

Of course, it can also be held in the hand.

By the way, this sword looks like something I've seen before.

...... and compared it with the G1 "Megatron" sword from that time, the silhouette of the sword blade and the stripe pattern on the blade are similar to the blade that came with the product at that time! It's hard to notice due to the gimmick and detail changes, but I think this was intentional! (Right?)

I was wondering if the bazooka and the fusion cannon were also included! But it was possible to attach it as a matter of course.

Since we were going to go through the trouble, here are two shots with my personally owned Megatron (right), which was made at the time. They are about the same height!

If you have read this far in the article, you will understand that this Megatron respects the original Megatron in many areas.

What? Want to see a closer comparison?

Even if you only look at the upper body, you can see that the shoulders, chest, and other details have been taken over from the original.

This time, Megatron's legs are balanced closer to the anime.

The parts on the back are very different, partly because the deformation motif is totally different. Because while this Megatron-sama transforms into a tank, the product of the time is .......

The motifs are completely different, but the robot mode is still very different. It is amazing how similar the silhouettes of the robot modes are, even though the motifs are completely different!

Next is the Captive Lionizer. It is a lion-shaped model with a brave face.

Don't underestimate its small size! The front and rear legs are ball-jointed, so they can be moved in a very expressive manner.

It can also sit in a cute pose like this, but not in front of Megatron.

Transformation is relatively simple. The blade on the crippled part is deployed for publicity, and the head is retracted to reveal the jointed axis.

The front and rear legs are engaged as shown in the image, and the weapon mode is completed by attaching the effect parts.

Here is a shot of Megatron-sama holding the weapon. The color is too bright for Megatron-sama to hold, but it emphasizes the sadness that Lionizer is a prisoner of war.

Next is another Autobot captive pinpointer. Despite his small size, he has a handsome face.

The shoulders are ball-jointed, and the range of motion is as you can see.

The base of the legs are also ball-jointed. Although the knees are not bent, they can be moved as much as possible.

Now let's transform the figure into weapon mode!

Put the back part over the head, fold the body from the center of the torso, and lock the arm protrusions into the outer grooves at the base of the legs to complete the transformation of the main body.

Attach the effect parts to complete the weapon mode.

Here is how it looks when held by Megatron-sama. The bazooka on the arm is a shooting weapon, and yet another shooting weapon is included...how thoughtful!

By the way, these effect parts can be attached to the bazooka and the tank turret.

Finally, let's play with the joints on the various parts and attach the accessories in various ways!

A sword in each hand and a cannon on the shoulder!

A lionizer is attached to the tip of the bazooka, and a pin pointer to the left arm!

Sword parts can be equipped like a fixed weapon on the arm.

The sword can also be mounted on the back and kept in the belt position.

So, this is a set of three Transformers, Megatron-sama, as you would not expect.

What kind of activities will he be showing in the future anime? The future of "Transformers : War for Cybertron Trilogy" Chapter II: Earthrise is available on Netflix starting December 30, 2020!

Everyone should watch it while lining up their Transformers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
