Masato escapes from Torajo and his friends and joins up with Natsuyui and the others, and tries to proceed with a certain plan.
Meanwhile, the "Kyoto Sister Schools Exchange Meet" is about to take place at the Jutsu National College of Technology.
Fusekuro, Kugisaki, and second-year students Maki, Thorn, and Panda gather there, but Todo and other Kyoto school members also arrive.
