It was announced that a Blu-ray and DVD box set of "Log Horizon: The Collapse of Round Table," which began airing on January 13, 2021, will be released on June 11 (Friday).

Log Horizon" is anNHK "E-television" animation adaptation of a popular fantasy novel by Mamare Tomeno, which is set in the world of MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Game). One day, 30,000 Japanese users suddenly find themselves trapped in "Elder Tail," a long-established online game based on the motif of a "world of swords and sorcery.

The film dynamically depicts the story of Shiroe, a graduate student who prides himself on being a loner, and his friends, including his old friend Naotsugu and Akatsuki, a beautiful young assassin, who set up a guild called "Log Horizon" in Akiba and work hard to change the chaos of the world. In "Log Horizon: The Fall of the Round Table," the latest entry in the series after a six-year absence, the adventurers face a new crisis in the town of Akiba, where they live.

One day, tens of thousands of "adventurers" are suddenly trapped in the world of the popular online game "Elder Tail"!
In this other world where monsters and magic exist for real, people are confused, and the adventurers' town "Akiba" has lost its order.
Shiroe, a young man who is not good at socializing, was one of these adventurers, but he decided to form the guild "Log Horizon" with his allies Naotsugu, Akatsuki, and Nyanta.
He also used his wits to unite adventurers and set up an autonomous organization, the "Round Table Conference," to restore peace and stability to the town.
The "Round Table Conference" also promotes exchanges with the original inhabitants of the game world, the "Earthlings," and the adventurers' diplomacy and business dealings with nobles, merchants, and ordinary citizens become more active, such as when Reinesia, the daughter of the top noble, the Corwin family, is assigned to Akiba.
However, a year has passed since the "catastrophe" that sent adventurers to another world, and the town of Akiba, which had enjoyed a brief period of prosperity, continues to smolder with the arrival of a new type of monster, the "Norihazai," as well as power struggles between the nobles of the East and West, disparities and differences of opinion among adventurers, and many other problems.
