Details of "Super Mario 3D World + Fury World" are revealed! An introduction video was also released!

A new introduction video has been released from Nintendo Switch's "Super Mario 3D World + Fury World," one month before its release on Friday, February 12.
*This software will be the "Super Mario 3D World" released on Wii U in 2013, plus the new mode "Fury World".

■Super Mario 3D World + Fury World introduction video

Another Mario adventure, the new "Fury World" mode. Super Mario 3D World" and "Fury World" can be selected from the title screen, allowing players to enjoy their favorite mode at any time.

The entire cat country becomes the stage of the adventure. Your partner is an enemy character⁉

Unlike the course-clearing 3D World, Fury World takes place in the entire Cat Kingdom, a group of islands floating in a large lake. Mario sets out on an adventure to collect "Neko Shine" scattered throughout the Cat Country.

Mario teams up with Bowser Jr. who is usually his supposed enemy. Bowser Jr. is Mario's sidekick, and he is there to "save the day" by providing support, collecting items and helping Mario out.
If you share a Joy-Con, you can control each of them and play cooperatively.

Riding on Plessy's Back

In Cat Country, you can explore freely while moving the camera, but it is Plessey that will help you in your exploration. Riding on her back, you can move easily on the water and on the beach.

Fury Kupa appears!

After a certain amount of time, the peaceful world changes. Fury Kappa" appears in the midst of a violent storm.
The Fury Kappa torments Mario and his friends with its powerful attacks, such as spitting flames from its mouth and changing the terrain with its flying spikes.

After a while, Fury Kappa disappears, and there is a brief moment of peace until he reappears. In "Fury World," this state of peace alternates with the oncoming appearance of the Fury Bowser.

The only thing that can stand against Fury Bowser is the legendary item "Gigabell. By collecting Neko Shines, the seal of the Gigabell is broken, and Mario is transformed into the giant "Gigantic Cat Mario!
A huge showdown between Fury Koppa and Giganeko Mario begins.

New "Snapshot Mode" and amiibo compatibility

While playing alone, "Snapshot Mode" allows you to stop time and freely take pictures at any time. You can take pictures of Mario and his friends from various angles, and use zoom and filters to create a different kind of picture.
You can even stamp your photo with the stamp you earned in the "3D World" mode, so be sure to take an original photo.
Both "3D World" and "Fury World" are supported.

Also, if you use "Neko Mario" amiibo, you can transform into the invincible "Shiro Neko Mario," and if you use "Neko Peach" amiibo, power-up items will appear at random.
Use them when you are in a pinch and don't have any items.
Compatible with both 3D World and Fury World.
Compatible with all other amiibo as well .

3D World" lets you play together even when you are apart

Super Mario 3-D World" can be played by a single player or up to four players.
Multiplayer play supports local communication and online play with friends, as well as sharing the game with others. You can also play together with your family and friends who are far away from you.

Fury World" does not support local communication or online play.
Up to two players per console can participate in local and online play.
Online play requires a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online (charged).
