Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection" was released in February 2019 as a new sequel to the trilogy of compilation films, and was a smash hit with box-office revenue of 1 billion and 500,000 viewers. After a lapse of two years, the film has been converted to MX4D and 4DX and will be released on January 29 (Fri.).

The "Code Geass" series has created a huge movement with the broadcast of "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" (25 episodes) in 2006 and its sequel "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion R2" (25 episodes) in 2008. The series has been developed into spin-offs, comic book adaptations, events, stage productions, and other media mixes in a variety of fields. Even now, more than 10 years after its broadcast, it is one of the most popular hits of the 2000s and still enjoys strong support from fans.


From October 2017 to May 2018, all 50 episodes of the TV series were re-edited into three films, with all new postrecording and new cuts added to the theatrical trilogy, which was sequentially released in theaters.The completely new film "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection," released on February 9, 2019, is the story of the "after" part of the theatrical trilogy. .

4D screening is a "sensory" type of screening that allows viewers to experience the film with all five senses through special effects such as water spray, wind, and aroma, in addition to moving and shaking the seats in accordance with the images.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection," which will be shown in theaters this year, has been converted to 4D under the complete supervision of the production staff. The immersive feel of the various mecha action scenes, as well as the wind, smells, and many other effects that allow the viewer to enter the scene, are all presented in this 4D version.
The 4D version of "Lelouch" is a different experience from the standard version.
