FF piano arrangement "Piano Collections FINAL FANTASY CRYSTAL CHRONICLES" will be released on April 7!

Square Enix will release "Piano Collections FINAL FANTASY CRYSTAL CHRONICLES," the latest in its piano arrangement series, on April 7, 2021 (Wednesday). A teaser PV, in which some of the performances can be viewed, has also been released.

The long-awaited first arrangement album from "FINAL FANTASY CRYSTAL CHRONICLE," a game software that has boasted strong popularity since its release in 2003 to the present day with its pastoral worldview and folk-style music, is now available for fans to purchase. It will be released as "Piano Collections," a standard arrangement series on the SQUARE ENIX MUSIC label.

The arrangements and performances are by the composer Kumi Tanioka, who is in charge of the music for this work and is also expanding her activities as a pianist. The lineup includes the theme songs "Kazenone" and "Hoshi Tsuki Yoru," one of the most popular dungeon BGMs in the game, "Tabidachi," as well as a boss battle song played with a series of drums, allowing players to enjoy a new aspect of the music.

In addition, the jacket illustration has been completely redrawn by Toshiyuki Itahana, the character designer for this title. It depicts a scene in the protagonists' hometown, where they are warmly welcomed after their trip.
