TV anime "Half Demon Yashahime" soundtrack CD, jacket newly drawn by Rumiko Takahashi & bonus information revealed!

The original soundtrack CD of the TV anime "Half Demon Yashahime", which airs every Saturday evening from 5:30 pm on Yomiuri and Nippon Television (excluding some areas), will be released on March 3 (Wed.).

Half-Demon Yasha-hime", originally written by Rumiko Takahashi, is a continuation of "Inuyasha" serialized in "Weekly Shōnen Sunday" (Shogakukan) from 1996 to 2008. The main characters in "Hanyou no Yasha Hime" will be Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's daughters, who are characters from the very popular work "Inuyasha" that is still loved by many fans today.

The jacket, contents, and store-specific special offers have now been revealed for the TV anime "Hanyou no Yasha Hime" original soundtrack CD, which will be released on Wednesday, March 3.

The jacket is an original illustration of Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha by Rumiko Takahashi, the original author of "Inuyasha" and the main character designer of "Hanyou no Yasha Hime". The LP jacket is a special "washi" paper jacket that allows the viewer to enjoy the world of the anime.

The music is composed by Kaoru Wada, the same composer as for the TV anime "Inuyasha. Disc 1 is designed to immerse the listener in the world of "Hanyou no Yasha Hime", while Disc 2 contains "Hanyou no Yasha Hime Version", a re-recorded version of songs from the TV anime "Inuyasha", including "Hanyou Inuyasha". ", which is included in the album.

The booklet includes a 10,000-character trilogy long interview with director Teruo Sato, sound director Yasushi Nakura, and Kaoru Wada, as well as newly written comments and song commentary by Wada. All texts are also available in English, so overseas fans can enjoy them as well.

<Story>
Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha are half-demon girls with the blood of a yokai and a human. When they were young, twin girls, Towa and Setsuna, were caught in a forest fire and separated from each other. Towa goes through a tunnel that crosses the time-space of the Jidaiju tree and travels back in time from the Warring States Period to the present day. She was raised as the daughter of the Kagome family and grew up to be a junior high school girl skilled in martial arts.
Meanwhile, Setsuna, the younger sister left behind in the Sengoku period, is making a living exterminating ghosts under Kohaku, who has become the head of a ghost exterminator.
Moroha is the daughter of Kagome and Inuyasha. As a bounty hunter, she is known as "Moroha the Monster Killer," and also spends her time exterminating yokai.
Ten years have passed since Towa and Setsuna were separated. A tunnel that crosses the time-space of the Jidaiju has been opened again. Towa is reunited with Setsuna, who appears in the present day, but for some reason Setsuna has forgotten about Towa.
Moroha, who came to the present day with Setsuna, joins them, and Towa and the other "half-demon Yasha-hime" run amok in all directions in the present day and the Sengoku period!
