Oni no Hane" Yuukaku-hen to be adapted into a TV anime in 2021! Teaser visual & 1st PV released!

A TV anime adaptation of "Yuukaku-hen," a story following the anime "Demon Slayer" and "Demon Slayer the Movie: Infinite Train Arc," has been announced. At the same time, a teaser visual and the first PV were also released.

The anime series "Demon Slayer" is based on the manga by Yoseharu Goge, which is currently being published by Shueisha Jump Comics and has sold over 130 million copies. The series, which begins when Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by demons, enlists in the "Oni Killing Squad" in order to turn his sister Priestess back into a human, has become a big hit not only in Japan but around the world due to its heartbreaking story of humans and demons, gripping sword fights, and occasional comical scenes.

On October 16, 2020, the "Infinity Train Arc," which follows the TV anime "Tanjiro Kamado Tatsushi-hen," will be released as a theatrical version. While the story after the "Mugen Train Arc" has been attracting attention, today, February 14, 2021, at the "Kimetsu Festival Online - Anime 2nd Anniversary Celebration", it was announced that the "Yuukaku Arc" will be adapted into a TV anime in 2021. At the same time, a teaser visual and the first PV were released.

The "Yugaku-hen" depicts the next mission of Sumijiro and his friends after their mission on the endless train. Sumijiro and his team, together with one of the highest ranking swordsmen of the Onikagitai, "Hashira," Uzumi Tengen, a pillar of sound, are headed for a brothel where demons dwell.

The teaser visual depicts Uzumaki Tengen, who will be joining Sumijiro and the others on their mission in the "Yugaku-hen," in vivid, highly colored colors. The first PV also depicts the streets of the brothel and Uzumaki Tengen looking down from the roof.
