Switch "Splatoon 3" will be released in 2022! A documentary video on the newly discovered squid/octopus habitat is also released!

Splatoon 3" for Nintendo Switch, a completely new title in the "Splatoon" series, was announced during the Nintendo Direct 2021.2.18 broadcast on February 18.

How was the squid? The devastating landscapes and chaotic cityscapes are impressive, a complete change from the previous settings. Apparently, there are also changes in the fashions of the squid and octopus.

The battle scene at the end of the video seems to be the same as before, with four-on-four battles in which the winner is determined by the area covered with ink.
On the other hand, the trend of battles seems to have changed with the addition of new actions such as "squid spawn," which starts from the air.

During battles, in addition to the past attacks, there seems to be a bow-like weapon and a special weapon that we have seen somewhere before. And what is that crab-like thing...?
