Square Enix released the packaged version of the music product "DESTINY 8 - SaGa Band Arrangement Album" today, Wednesday, February 17. At the same time, the downloadable version of the album is also available.

The "SaGa" series is a popular series by Square Enix, including "Makai Toushi SaGa," which was released in 1989 and became a big hit as the first RPG for the Game Boy. Since then, it has been released on all platforms, including PS2 and Nintendo DS, and in 2018, the smartphone app "Romancing SaGa Re-Universe" was released.

The "Saga" offcial band "DESTINY 8" was formed in 2020. In addition to "Saga" series composer Kenji Ito (Key), the band members are Noriyuki Kamikura (Key), Sorao Mori (Gt), Yoshiya Sakata (Gt), Harunosuke Ikejiri (Ba), and Toshiharu Okajima (Dr), a group of six talented members.

On this album, they have released "Furious Battle" (Makai Toushi SaGa), "Special Strike" (SaGa 2: The Legend of the Hidden Treasure), "Stethros" (SaGa 3: Highlord of Time and Space [Conclusion]), "Four Demon Lords Battle 1" (Romancing SaGa 3), "Battle #4" (SaGa Frontier), "Thema" (SaGa Frontier 2), " Aiming for the Top" (Romancing Saga Re-Universe), etc., a total of 10 songs carefully selected from the "Saga" series will be presented in new band arrangements.
