To commemorate the 60th anniversary of SEGA's founding on June 3, 2020, the "SEGA 60th Anniversary Project" has been underway since April of the same year.

There is only one month left in this one-year project. During the past 11 months, the "SEGA 60th Anniversary Project" has been implementing various projects, and there are many products scheduled to be released this month, as well as services and contents that are still available for use and viewing.

SEGA 60th Anniversary Official Bootleg DJ Mix", a non-stop DJ mix album containing all "60" SEGA-related songs, will be released on March 24, 2021 (Wednesday).
All songs are selected by Tomoya Otani, sound director of the "Sonic" series, with a bold interpretation of "SEGA" as the keyword.

GO SEGA - 60th ANNIVERSARY Album -" to be released on March 24!
This is a compilation album supervised by Master Hiro, SEGA's representative sound creator, which concludes the "SEGA 60th ANNIVERSARY PROJECT".
The 4-CD set contains 108 tracks carefully selected from about 40 years of Sega titles, from the arcade version of "Head-On" in 1979 to "Game Gear Mikro" and "Astro City Mini," Sega's 60th anniversary products in 2020. Of these, 26 tracks, including the company song "Younger Power/135," the horse racing medal game "StarHorse," and the kids' card game "The King of Beetle MUSHIKING," will be released on CD for the first time.
Through this album, you can trace the history of Sega's music in chronological order.

In addition, the included SEGA company brochure includes "Corporate History," "Corporate Identity," and comments from SEGA employees. This is truly a must-have item for SEGA fans and a permanent keepsake.

■"SEGA Seminar" YouTube video now available

Sega Seminar" is a preparatory course for the "Sega I Common Test," a participatory online test held on January 23 (Sat.) and 24 (Sun.), 2021. Expert employees in various fields are lecturing on consumer games (hardware/software) and arcade games that SEGA has built up over the years, giving "hot lectures" full of SEGA love. The content is enjoyable even if the purpose is not to prepare for the test, so we encourage you to watch the videos.

The video lectures are available with English subtitles, and you can also experience "Virtua Study Abroad," in which employees from group companies in the U.S. and Europe serve as lecturers.

SEGA's 60th Anniversary Karuta

By playing this karuta, you can look back on the history of SEGA and discover new aspects of SEGA that you have not had the opportunity to experience before.
The karuta can be downloaded free of charge from the URL below, and the "Sega 60th Anniversary Commemorative Karuta" will be read by SEGA's representative sound creator, Takeshi Mitsuyoshi, who will read the karuta from his heart.

Launch of "Virtua Fighter x esports project
Virtua Fighter", the world's first 3D fighting game created in 1993, will be re-launched as an esports title to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Sega's establishment. For more details on the project, wait for more information in the future.

Limited-edition products commemorating SEGA's 60th anniversary are now on sale at the "SEGA Store" e-commerce site.
The products include clear key holders, daypacks, and hand towels for daily use, all featuring "GO SEGA," the key message of the "SEGA 60th Anniversary Project.

SEGA 60th Anniversary MOVIE "SEGA Sanshiro" series of 3 episodes now on view
A web movie starring actor Maito Fujioka, the son of Hiroshi Fujioka, who once played "Sanshiro Segata," is now available.
This is the debut work of actor Maito Fujioka, and "Sanshiro Segata," played by Hiroshi Fujioka, also appears in the final episode. This was the first time for father and son to appear together in a film.

Through the growth of Mr. Maiteito Fujioka and "Sega Sanshiro," who loves SEGA, the video expresses the SEGA Group's commitment to move forward even stronger on the occasion of its 60th anniversary.
