This time, the column is titled "Mysterious Sexy Gacha! I have lined up a lineup of mainly Showa-era retro gachas, but in fact, there were no such sexy items in the early days of gacha. However, as a top collector, I had a lot of fantasies and forced my way into the lineup to complete the ranking of the 50 best items. I hope you will be pleased with it.

Stone - TAMA-KYU - 6 types, 200 yen

Crayfish Works, a group that is always thinking of interesting things to do, has done it again.

A straightforward "stone"! It's a stone.

The display (mount) also has a big impact, so it will be hard to pass by. Even those who are not interested in capsule toys will stop and look twice.

In my retro-gacha collection, there are toys made of vinyl chloride that claim to be "moonstones," as well as toys made of pebbles soaked in luminescent solution that are found everywhere and claim to be "moonstones.

Incidentally, since it is a capsule restoy, the stone falls as it is. ...... And the "stone" is made of ABS plastic. It is a small container, so it is hollow inside. Even if you are hit on the head by a stone, it won't hurt so much. It is funny that these "stones" are classified into six types, but let's take a deeper look at what they actually are.

Round stone

This shape seems to be common everywhere. It would not be surprising if we had one in our yard. It is about 6 cm long. It would be perfect for hiding a bicycle key or something like that at the entrance.

It looks like something you might find on a riverbank. The moss erosion is exquisite. I wonder how far it would fly if it were drained. It is surreal to imagine how the stone floats and flows without sinking.

Brick-colored, angular, and rugged, it looks more like a rock than a stone! The way it splits neatly into two parts is fresh.

It is also quaint. ...... The mossy condition is also good, and I never get tired of looking at it. It is also good as an interior decoration on the desk.

Because of its size, it is perfect for storing drawing slips, paper clips, rubber bands, and erasers. Is it an exaggeration to say that the mini brush case ......

Stone

The mountain behind my parents' house used to be this color. I remember when I used to live at home, fossils were unearthed there and people were talking about it.

When I opened this "stone", I found a fossil! What a situation, it's funny just to think about it. I think I'll play a prank next time, like putting in a mussel I picked up at the beach.

The color of this stone, including the color of the moss, is very similar to the pumice stone that I have been using in my bath for years. It might not be out of place in a bath or washroom. It looks like you could put a rubber band or something inside.

I have a weakness for this kind of item. It's nostalgic and really my favorite world.

J.Dream has revived the good old Showa era scenery in the age of 2025! As the name suggests, it makes me see a dream~.

Let's review it while reminiscing about the kindly lady at the candy store. Now, let's travel back in time!

Display Case A

The size is 28 x 48 mm, with a fine sloping case frame that gives it a nice flavor. Yes, that's right! This is the angle! The door can be opened and closed despite its tiny size!

It also comes with a fruit candy box. It is a standard candy with candy on the end of a string. I even cheated and hit the jackpot ....... I'm really sorry about that time. ......

With Tiger Yogurt! The package is super cute with the illustrated tiger saying "It's delicious. This yogurt is a meringue-like thing in a small container that you eat by scooping it with a small wooden spatula! It was moderately sour and delicious! I ate it all with my fingers in the end because it was too much trouble.

With stick jelly! Although miniature, each clear tube contains a stick of jelly! You hold the tube in place with your teeth, twist it open, and chew on it.

If you were not in good shape, you would often hurt your teeth. I still remember how painful it was.

It was so good even if you put it in the freezer and made it into ice cream. The strawberry flavor was so popular that we had to fight over it, which is a wonderful memory now.

Refrigerated case A

The size is 48 x 35 mm, and of course the door can be opened. This is a case with a certain cola logo. You can store bottled cola and orange miniatures inside. Bottled juice was a high-priced flower compared to candy. I used to collect supercars and Star Wars crowns.

Refrigerated case B

Includes orange and soda bottles. There were also cases with logos other than Coke. When you go to the countryside, you can find stores that put prepared foods in the case, and suddenly it looks like a refrigerator in your parents' house! I hated the smell on the jars.

I enjoyed the candy store-related gachas because they reminded me of so many things. The Showa boom is still going strong, so I'm sure we'll see more and more capsule toys of this type. It's exciting!

By the way, J Dream is donating a portion of the proceeds to Nepal to support children there. That is a wonderful activity. We would like to introduce that as well!
