TV anime "Bokutachi no Remake" 1st PV released! The music artists are Poppin'Party and Argonavis!

MF Bunko J's popular light novel "Bokutachi no Remake" (Author: Nachi Kio, Illustration: Eretto) will be adapted into a TV anime to be broadcast from July 2021 on TOKYO MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto and BS Nittele.

Bokutachi no Remake" is the story of Kyoya Hashiba, the main character who works for a video game company, who time leaps to the world 10 years ago and chooses to go to an art college, which he did not choose at the time, and starts his life all over again (remake).

In the PV released this time, nostalgic items used in 2006 and the names of light novels appear. The animation production feel. depicts Kyoya's confusion at being in a time jump and the excitement of the characters who appear as Kyoya's classmates as they begin their college life.

In conjunction with the release of the PV, it was also announced that the OP and ED themes will be performed by Poppin'Party and Argonavis, respectively, with Aimi playing Nanako Kogure on guitar and vocals for Poppin'Party and Masahiro Ito playing Kyoya Hashiba on vocals for Argonavis. and Masahiro Ito as Kyoya Hashiba in Argonavis, respectively.

The collaboration with Osaka University of Arts was also decided because Nachi Kio, the author of the original story, is a graduate of Osaka University of Arts, which became the stage image for this work. Bokutachi no Remake" has been chosen as the cover of Osaka University of Arts' 2022 University Guide, with a newly drawn illustration by Eretto, who is in charge of the original illustration, adorning the cover.

OP theme artist: Poppin'Party
The next generation girl band project "BanG Dream! The first real band, Poppin'Party, was born from "BanG Dream! The band features pop, cute and energetic songs under the theme of "Kira Kira Doki-Doki".

The band members are: Gt. & Vo. Aimi (played by Kasumi Toyama), Gt. Sae Otsuka (played by Tae Hanazono), Ba. Rimi Nishimoto (played by Rimi Ushigome), Dr. Ayaka Ohashi (played by Saya Yamabuki), Key Ayasa Ito (played by Arisaki Ichigaya). Their 16th single "Photograph," released in January 2021, reached No. 1 on the weekly sales ranking during the week of its release. In addition to holding solo live performances and fan meeting tours, they have been actively performing at festivals including "rockin'on presents ROCK IN JAPAN FES2019".

■ED theme artist Argonavis
Argonavis is a boy band from "BanG Dream! The band features Masahiro Ito (Ren Nanasei) on vocals, Daisuke Hyuga (Yuto Goryo) on guitar, Seiji Maeda (Voyage Matoba) on bass, Shuuta Morishima (Rinsei Kikyo) on key, and Shohei Hashimoto (Man-nyo Shiraishi) on drums.
The cast members themselves, who play the characters, are actively performing as "Argonavis," mainly in live concerts.

Collaboration with Osaka University of Arts

In collaboration with Osaka University of Arts, the illustration of "Bokutachi no Remake" will be featured on the cover of the university's 2022 Digest Guide. The illustration will be newly drawn by Eretto, the illustrator of the original work.

The guide will be distributed from March 7 (Sun.) at events such as Osaka University of Arts' open campus and trial enrollment, and upon request for information materials from the university's website.
