Mobile gashapon sales floor "Gashapon Caravan" begins rolling out on March 12 (Fri.)!

Bandai will launch "Gashapon Caravan," a new service that allows capsule toy vending machines to be transported on trucks and deploy Gashapon sales areas at various locations.

Capsule toy vending machines, products, large monitors, etc. are loaded onto a single 4-ton truck for transportation, allowing the Gashapon Caravan to deliver Gashapon sales floors anywhere in Japan where trucks can be driven.

The sales will begin on March 12, 2021 (Friday) at Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port (trucks will be available only on Saturdays and Sundays), and will be held in the future as needed.

Purpose of Gashapon Caravan
In the past, when there was demand for Gashapon products at events, there were no nearby sales outlets to meet that demand. The Gashapon Caravan, however, allows for the development of a sales floor with a flexible layout to meet the needs of each event and customer, and after the event is over, the products can be compactly stored and transported directly by truck.
This makes it possible to deliver an entire Gashapon booth to a short-term event or an area where there are no Gashapon booths in the neighborhood.

Applications for the Gashapon Caravan are scheduled to open in late April 2021. Details will be announced on the official website "Gashapon World.
