Prince Tensai's Deficit State Rehabilitation Technique" is a light novel by Toru Toba, who won the 1st GA Bunko Grand Prize and Incentive Award for "Orkinus Inakutsu Fukigen no Cho-cho-seikatsu" (The Mediating Life of Orkinus Inakutsu Fukigen). The latest volume 9, titled "Prince Tensai no Deficit State Rehabilitation Technique: So, Let's Sell the Country," was released on March 15, 2021, and is being serialized as a comic book on Gan-Gan ONLINE and Manga UP! The story is about Wayne, an unmotivated prince who has taken over the "dead-end" Natra Kingdom and is running a weak state.
