The series is a popular light novel currently being published by Ichijinsha Bunko Iris and has sold more than 4 million copies.

The story of a 17-year-old high school girl who is reincarnated as Catalina Claes, a villainous daughter in an Otome game, has gained popularity as she struggles to avoid the path to ruin with the ultimate choice of a happy ending (exile) or a bad ending (death).

In conjunction with the announcement of the broadcast station, the first key visual depicting Catalina surrounded by newly introduced characters was unveiled, and the first PV was also released at the same time.
