You can become a resident of Sternbild again! The TV anime "TIGER & BUNNY" and "V-Residence Sternbild Second Season" are launching for a limited time!

BANDAI Apparel Division has announced the development of the web service "V (Virtual) Residence Sternbild Second Season" from April 4, 2021 (Sunday) to September 30, 2021 (Thursday). Prior to this, pre-registration began today, March 24, 2021 (Wednesday).

This original TV animation series, which aired 25 episodes from April to September 2011, depicts the activities of "heroes" with special abilities called "NEXT" in the near-future city of "Sternbild".
The buddy hero action in which the fallen veteran hero Kaburaki T. Toratoru a.k.a. Wild Tiger and the capable but difficult to handle super rookie Barnaby Brooks Jr. confront evil while at odds with each other has gained popularity, and the two movie versions that were shown after the TV series aired were also big hits.
The appealing characters and worldview still attract many fans today, and various projects are planned for the future.

V Residence" is a new type of web service for fans of "TIGER & BUNNY" that begins with residence in the town of "Sternbild", the setting of the TV anime "TIGER & BUNNY" (Tiger & Bunny).

The first season of the service ran for two months, from January 15 to March 15, 2020, for a limited time.
A large number of fans lived in the city of "Sternbild," and in a survey conducted at the end of the service, many people asked for the continuation or restart of the service. The second season of the service has been strengthened, with content that allows fans who have become residents to enjoy a more fulfilling life in Sternbild.

This service, "V Residence," is a monthly membership that includes (1) "digital services" provided on the website, (2) "membership benefits (proof of residence set, Sternbild MaG (magazine) / one copy per month)" sent to your home, and (3) "exclusive products" available only to members, all of which are available on the TV The three services will be offered in line with the world view of the TV anime "TIGER & BUNNY".

What is V Residence?

V Residence is a new type of web service that starts with living in Sternbild, the town where the TV anime "TIGER & BUNNY" takes place. Residents can explore the town of Sternbild once a day, and at the end of one month, you will receive an original PR magazine (Sternbild MaG) with stories that happened in the town last month. You can also purchase limited-edition goods such as the Sternbild Marathon Novelty Set at the "Residents Only Shopping Site".

■Member registration is a "Residency Procedure".
The membership registration is a "residence procedure" for Sternbild; access the V-Residence website, select a place to live, and complete the residence registration (membership registration). The service is available on a monthly basis, and any room can be registered for 2,970 yen per month. This "residence procedure" is the purchase procedure for this service (monthly membership fee: 2,970 yen including tax/shipping). After your registration, the fee will be automatically deducted on the first day of each month. In the first month of application, a "proof of residence set" will be sent as an initial benefit.

■One daily stroll through the streets of Sternbild! You can even "catch a glimpse of our heroes' daily lives!
Those who become a resident of Sternbild with V-Residence can choose a destination for the day once a day in the V-Residence website. There are more than 200 destinations! If you visit the V Residence site after 5:30 p.m. on the day you choose your destination, you will see the results of the day's activities on your My Page. Depending on the destination you chose, you may see your heroes somewhere in the city and learn about part of their story.

■What was going on then? The original PR magazine "Sternbild MaG" reveals
Once a month, you will receive "Sternbild MaG (magazine)" (this service is scheduled to be delivered once a month during the contract period).
The "Sternbild MaG" will contain a "story depicting the daily life of Sternbild" newly written for the V-Residence by Nobumasa Kodama (Queen Bee), who wrote the script for the TV anime "TIGER & BUNNY". By reading Sternbild MaG, you will learn what happened to Toratoru, Barnaby and the heroes you saw on the streets of Sternbild last month. In addition to Toratoru and Barnaby, many other heroes who did not appear in the first season will also be featured in this highly readable scenario.

■Member-only merchandise available only to residents will be developed.
Residents can purchase exclusive goods at the "residents-only shopping site.
The "Sternbild Marathon Novelty Set" will be available for order from April 4. This is a set of three items: a T-shirt, an eco-bag, and a muffler towel, all inspired by the novelties of the marathon race that takes place in the story.
It can be ordered through Bandai's official shopping site "Premium Bandai".
