Rurouni Kenshin" cast photos are now available as a "large-sized obi" for the 14-volume comic book collection!

In commemoration of the release of "Rurouni Kenshin: The Final Chapter/The Beginning," it was announced that the comic book editions (14 volumes) will come with a new large-format obi.

Rurouni Kenshin: The Final Chapter/The Beginning" will be released on April 23 (Fri.) and June 4 (Fri.), 2021, for two consecutive roadshows throughout Japan. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the first film in the "Rurouni Kenshin" series, a "10th Anniversary Project" was recently announced. Various developments were announced, including a memorial banner, the "Road To Kenshin" action documentary, and the decision to screen past films.

All 14 volumes are now available with a large-sized obi featuring selected photos of the splendid cast!

To commemorate the release of the final chapter, it has been decided that the comic library edition (14 volumes) will come with a new large-sized obi. The obi will feature visuals of the gorgeous cast.

The cast includes Kenshin and other Kamiya Dojo members, familiar faces Misao Makimachi and Hajime Saito, as well as the series' most fearsome foe, En Yukiyo. Also featured are sword hunter Zhang, one of the "Ten Swords," the strongest suicide squad led by Shinobu Shizuo; Kure Kurosei, second-in-command of the Shanghai mafia led by En; and Kogoro Katsura and Soji Okita, who were recently featured in "The Beginning" cast announcements.

Also lined up is Tomoe Yukiyo, who was slain by Kenshin's own hand, and some of the visuals will be unveiled for the first time.

The comic book collection with the new strips will be available in bookstores nationwide from mid-April. Whether you already own the comic or not, be sure to get a copy as a commemorative gift.

Today at 7:30 p.m., the "Global Fun Session" will be broadcast live!

Finally, today, March 24 (Wed.), "Rurouni Kenshin GLOBAL FAN SESSION," the largest online event in the history of the "Rurouni Kenshin" series, will be held.
The "Rurouni Kenshin" team, including Takeru Sato and other cast and staff members, will gather to thank fans around the world who have loved the film over the past 10 years, and will hold a variety of events.

The event will be streamed LIVE on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LINE, so anyone can watch the event for free from <doors open at 19:15/the show starts at 19:30>. We hope you will be able to experience this precious online event where "Rurounen fans" from all over the world will gather.
