The "FLASH series" of PCB art sundries using Denshi Gihan's PCB design and manufacturing technology, equipment, and design capabilities are products seriously created by PCB professionals. They are designed using CAD for printed circuit boards, and electronic components are mounted (soldered) on real circuit boards. They design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at the headquarters factory, which is used for their main business.
The board CAD used to design the boards is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with a mouse, and the wiring patterns are precisely designed with fine lines of 0.1 mm. The board is gold-plated.

After mounting electronic components, they are coated one by one by hand in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension by human hands, and then vacuum-heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand.

Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). The gift box packaging can be used as a present.

The IC card case is manufactured using 100% PCBs, and three types of PCBs (front, middle, and back) are press-glued together to form the case. The printed circuit board is made of FR-4 (glass fiber cloth + epoxy), a light and strong material used in automotive circuit boards and industrial equipment. The keychain is included under the IC card case inside the gift box.
