Today, March 25, 2021, the production of the original anime "Do It Yourself! anime production was announced. It is an original work featuring DIY high school girls who struggle to make things with tools in their hands, and will depict their daily lives.

DIY means "Do it yourself," and refers to the act of making or repairing furniture, etc. with one's own hands. Do It Yourself! is a story about high school girls' first steps in thinking, devising, struggling, and failing in furniture, friendship, and even life, but never giving up and trying to create a future by completing things with their own hands.

The teaser visual, newly drawn by Yusuke Matsuo, the character designer, has been unveiled. The visual depicts the main characters "Serufu" and "Purin," two high school girls, working together to create something. The six main characters, Serufu, Purin, Kurei, Takumi, Shih, and Jobko, are also revealed. Expectations are high for what kind of story will be told by these six DIY high school girls, whose personalities shine through.

The director of the TV anime is Kazuhiro Yoneda, who also directed "Onikan no Ryotetsu (2nd season)" and "Grapnir. The series composition is by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, who has worked on "Tensei Tareta Slymu Datta Koto" and other works. The character design is by Yusuke Matsuo, who has worked on "Yamanosume" and "THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS". The studio is PINE JAM, which worked on "Grapnir" and "Gamers! and "Gamers!
