To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Masked Rider, it has been announced that "Masked Rider BLACK," the milestone work in the Masked Rider series, will be newly produced as "Masked Rider BLACK SUN" under the direction of master filmmaker Kazuya Shiraishi.
The series is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2022.

Masked Rider" (original story by Shotaro Ishinomori) began broadcasting on the TV Asahi network in 1971. Since then, numerous Masked Riders have appeared that have been enjoyed by both children and adults alike, up to "Masked Rider Saber," the second Masked Rider series in 2021, which is currently airing, and has been loved unchanged for half a century. And in 2021, the Masked Rider series will celebrate its 50th anniversary.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the birth of Masked Rider, the popular "Masked Rider BLACK," which is based on the concept of returning to the original "Masked Rider" among the successive Masked Rider series and has an attractive story full of sorrow of the hero with a harsh destiny, will be newly remade after a lapse of over 30 years. The logo of the work is a calligraphy by Takeda, a calligrapher. The work's logo was written by calligrapher Soun Takeda!
The world view of the film is beautifully and magnificently expressed.
