Nao Higashiyama reveals the contents and special offers of her mini-album "off! The limited first edition of "off" includes a "Mochimochi Plushie"!

Nao Higashiyama, who has entered her fifth year as an artist, will release her concept mini-album "off" on May 12. The jacket photos and songs included in the limited first edition "futon" edition and regular edition have been revealed.

Since her debut, Nao Higashiyama has played the heroine in many popular anime. Last year in 2020, she celebrated the 10th anniversary of her voice acting career, and released a character song best album "Special Thanks! Festival" was held in December at the Tokyo Garden Theater.

In 2021, the energetic activities of the group will continue with the release of their first concept mini-album "off" on May 12.

The jacket photo of the limited edition "futon" edition shows Nao Higashiyama wrapped in a pure white futon, while the jacket of the regular edition shows her brushing her teeth. The standard edition has a jacket of Nao Higashiyama brushing her teeth. The jacket photo is a perfect fit for the album title "off," as it shows a new side of Nao Higashiyama, who is usually active like a migratory fish, that she has never shown before.

The album's music has also been unveiled! The title track "off," provided by Yasutsugu Miura (□□□□), is based on the theme of "off healed by the sounds of everyday life," and is composed of Nao Higashiyama's own everyday sounds, while "Venom," a hit song with over 27 million views on YouTube, is provided by popular creator Kairiki Bear, who is also known as the author of "Venom. The theme of the song is to "turn off your reason by releasing stress," and Nao Higashiyama herself wrote the lyrics for the song, "Ashita Kaito" which is about "turning off your mind in the futon".
Six new songs will be included in the album under the theme of six "offs" that capture the concept of "rest and healing" from various perspectives.

Nao Higashiyama is a voice actress and singer who continues to push forward with her work day after day without stopping.
She wants to give Naobo a break once in a while! Naobo, who has not been told where she is going or what she is going to do, is thrilled and nervous about the OFF (holiday) that awaits her! She made her debut as a voice actress in 2010. That year, she gained attention for her role as Kanon Nakagawa in the TV anime "The World God Only Knows. Since then, she has appeared in many popular works including "Kiniro Mosaic" as KUJO Karen, "Nisekoi" as KIRISAKI Senkyo, "Macross Delta" as Reina Plowrer, and "Yuru Can △" as Shima Rin.
