A book of original drawings and cast writings for "Uma Musume Pretty Derby Season 2" will be released!

TOHO animation STORE will release "Original Art Book" and "Staff & Cast Book" of the TV anime "Uma Musume Pretty Derby Season 2" in June 2021, which will be available only at TOHO animation STORE (hereinafter referred to as TaS).

Uma Musume Pretty Derby" is a cross-media content series developed by Cygames through games, anime, and comics. The story centers on the "Twinkle Series," a fictional racing competition in which Umamusume, who inherit the souls of racehorses, compete against each other, and the "Toresen Academy," where girls who aim to become top-class competitive Umamusume attend. In the story, the real names of the Uma Musume, which are based on famous horses, and races such as the Satsuki Sho (Japanese horse race) will appear.

The TV anime "Uma Musume Pretty Derby" aired from April to June 2018, and its sequel, "Uma Musume Pretty Derby Season 2," began airing in January 2021.

It has been decided that the TV anime "Uma Musume Pretty Derby Season 2" will be released in June 2021 through the TOHO animation STORE as an "original art book" and a "staff and cast book".

＜The "Original Drawings Collection" will include the original drawings of the main story, new character settings added in the second season of the anime, storyboards, a roundtable discussion with director Kei Oikawa, character designer and chief animation director Yosuke Kabashima, and animation producer Masashi Masuo, as well as comments from the four main animators. The cover was newly drawn by Tomoko Tsuji, character designer.

＜The "Staff & Cast Yosegaki Book" contains illustrations and comments from the main staff and cast. The cover was newly drawn by Yosuke Kabashima, character designer and chief animation director.
