1/4 scale figure of the main visual of "GHOST IN THE SHELL"! GHOST IN THE SHELL: Ghost in the Shell - Motoko Kusanagi is open for reservation from today!

Namco Bandai Arts Inc. has announced that it will release a 1/4 scale figure of the character "Motoko Kusanagi" from the theatrical anime "Ghost in the Shell" on March 25, 2022. The figure will be made-to-order and priced at 107,800 yen (including tax).

Ghost in the Shell," an animated feature film released in 1995, was a huge hit in Japan and abroad. To commemorate the 25th anniversary of its release, a polystone figure based on Motoko Kusanagi, the main visual depicted in the film, will be released as a commercial product.

Under the supervision of Hiroyuki Okiura, who served as character designer and animation director, and Kumiko Yusa, who was in charge of color design, the symbolic visual has been delicately and profoundly reproduced. In addition, an original certificate of authenticity featuring the poster design from the film's original release is also included in the special edition.

This product will be a made-to-order product available for pre-order from April 9 to June 9, 2021, from "With Fans!", a joint goods label of Namco Bandai Arts and Good Smile Company.

Sales will take place at Bandai NamcoArts' official mail order site A-on STORE, Good Smile Company's mail order site GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP, Amiami, and Amazon.

The product is scheduled to go on sale on March 25, 2022.

Reservations will be accepted until 23:59 on June 9, 2021 (Wed.), so be sure to reserve early.
