Japanese action game "GetsuFumaDen" is back after 34 years! Home video game "GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" to be released in 2022! Early access starts on May 14 (Fri.) on Steam!

Konami Digital Entertainment has announced the release of the home video game "GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" for Nintendo Switch and Steam. The company also announced that early access will begin on Steam on Friday, May 14, 2021.

GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" is a rogue-vania 2D action game with new graphics, characters, and stages based on the world of "GetsuFumaDen" released for the Family Computer in 1987.

The player controls the main character Getsu Fuuma (月風魔) to conquer each stage of hell, which is depicted with a Japanese painting taste.
The game also features swordplay action unique to Japanese martial arts and boss characters based on motifs of Japanese monsters.

Today, "GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon" was announced for Nintendo Switch and Steam, and a teaser trailer was also released.

In addition, the early access to the game will include a digital art book, original mini soundtrack, and the franchise version of "GetsuFumaDen" as a free bonus, so please look forward to the start of the early access.
