～Synopsis
In U.C. 0105, 12 years after the Second Neo Zeon War (Char's Rebellion), the corrupt Earth Federation government is carrying out a "manhunt" to take civilians into space, and the anti-Earth Federation government organization "Mufti" is led by Hathaway Noah, the son of Earth Federation Colonel Bright Noah.
