This is Mei, the girl with fox ears.
At first glance, she appears to be a mischievous, cheerful, and energetic Lolita, but in reality, she has lived much longer than other people, so she usually speaks and acts like an adult and talks like an old person, such as "~jano-no.
In this illustration, Mei is enjoying herself at the beach, which is unusual for her.
Her swimsuit is a combination of white and red, inspired by a miko (shrine maiden) design.
