Single story distribution of the comicalization "SOTUS" has started! More tie BL works are coming from KADOKAWA!

KADOKAWA, a publisher of Thai BL comicalizations and translated novels, has launched an electronic single episode comicalization based on the original novel of the popular Thai drama "SOTUS".

Aired in 2016, four years before the Thai BL boom, "SOTUS" is a popular work also known as "the original" and "home" by fans. In this BL, senior student leader Arthit, who educates new students, and freshman Kong Pop clash over a tradition that actually exists in Thai universities, and fall in love with each other. The artwork is by Kei (@kouryuseki_kei ), who publishes the BL comics "The Elite's Reason is at its Limit" and "The Hotel King Won't Put Up with It" (both published by KADOKAWA).

The comic book "SOTUS" and other tie BL works are coming out one after another!

The web magazine "CIEL 2021 May issue" (distributed on March 30) started serialization of the comicalization "SOTUS". One month after its publication, a single episode will also be distributed as an e-book. The first episode will be distributed from April 30. Please check out the e-book store.

The magazine also plans to start serializing "The Red Thread," a novel based on the Thai BL drama "Until We Meet Again," in the "July 2021 issue of CIEL," which will be distributed on May 30. In addition, a sample of the translated novel based on the original story, which will be released on June 25, will also be published.

In addition, the original translated novel and comic adaptation of the popular Thai BL drama "Manner of Death" are currently being released and distributed, and the original translated novel of "A Tale of Thousand Stars" is scheduled to be released on June 10.
