Ichiban Kuji Lottery ONE PIECE EX: Devil's Nemesis" is the first in the "Ichiban Kuji Lottery ONE PIECE EX" series, the most expensive lottery series of the TV anime "ONE PIECE". The lineup includes a new figure series, a face towel, inked color paper, and a newly-drawn picture plate.

The concept of the new figure series "Kongo Jizo", which is the first appearance in Ichiban Kuji Lottery, is that "the mass shown by mad passion and exquisite skill will shake even the soul of those who see it".
