From the TV anime "SHAMAN KING," a synopsis and advance scene cuts for episode 8 have been released.

SHAMAN KING," a popular comic book series by Hiroyuki Takei that has sold more than 35 million copies, tells the story of a boy who can see spirits, Ip Asakura, who participates in a shaman fight to determine the top shaman and fights to become the Shaman King. A new chapter, "SHAMAN KING THE SUPER STAR," is currently being serialized in "Shonen Magazine Edge" (Kodansha).
It will be adapted into a completely new TV anime in April 2021. Based on the 35 volumes of "SHAMAN KING," the series will continue to the end.

The following is a synopsis of the 8th episode of the TV anime, which will be aired on May 20 (Thu.) from 5:55 p.m., and some scenes have been cut ahead of the episode.

Manta is hospitalized after being caught up in a battle with Faust, and is suddenly told by Ip, "You are not my friend. Manta is disappointed and tries to go abroad to study, but he still cannot forget Ip and runs away from his family. Then, Manta meets an unexpected person..!
