Six years ago (2000), a U.S. "Special Forces" helicopter crashed during a military intervention in Penhamstan during the civil war.

Meanwhile, Claire Redfield, a TerraSave employee, is in Penamustan to assist refugees when she encounters a strange drawing by an aphasic boy. The drawing, which seems to depict a person infected with the virus, prompts Claire to conduct her own investigation.

Character Profiles

Leon S. Kennedy.

A former police officer with the Raccoon City Police Department, he was caught up in the Resident Evil outbreak in the city and bravely did his best to rescue the survivors. He was later recruited by the government as an intelligence officer, and works as an agent under the direct supervision of the President of the United States on top-secret missions on a daily basis. He is an excellent survivor, and possesses both high physical ability and good judgment.
