A new "Given" anime production and live-action drama series will be produced! Anime will be produced in limited quantities as a special edition of volume 7

The new anime "Given: Uragana no Koto" will be the bonus DVD for the seventh volume of the original manga, which will be released on December 1, 2021 (Wednesday). A live-action drama adaptation on FOD was also announced.

Given" is a BL comic written by Natsuki Kizu that focuses on four rock band members and delicately depicts their romance and growth. It has been serialized in Shinshokan's "Sheri Plus" since 2013.
The TV anime will air from July to September 2019 on Fuji Television's "Noitamina" slot, and the movie "Given" was released in August 2020 and became a big hit with an audience of over 150,000 people.

While the main focus of "Given" was the sad love story of the adult members Haruki, Akihiko, and Ametsuki, the new anime "Given: The Uragana Existence" depicts the adult members' struggles "behind the scenes" and the high school members Mafuyu and Rikka, who also face obstacles but support each other and grow up together. Mafuyu and Rikka, two high school students, are also depicted as they support each other and grow up, despite the obstacles they face.

The key visual released this time depicts the two playing music on the school dance floor, with a gentle light enveloping them, symbolizing their relationship. The fresh and delicate direction by Akiyo Ohashi, who will be directing the film, is also noteworthy.

＜Introduction
A high school student, Kaminoyama Tachinatsu, is so struck by the singing voice of Sato Mafuyu that she enlists Mafuyu as a vocalist in her band with Nakayama Haruki and Kaji Akihiko. The band "Given" successfully performs its first live after Mafuyu joins, and as the band starts its activities, Rika realizes her feelings for Mafuyu and the two begin dating.
