Hello everyone, this is Kariyasu*, covering the 59th Shizuoka Hobby Show held at Twinmesse Shizuoka in Shizuoka Prefecture on May 13 and 14, 2021!

This time, we will introduce the exhibits of "Hasegawa," a long-established company known for its aviation models and Mechatrowego, "Cavico," which commercializes unique items, "Beaver Corporation," which is strong in overseas scale kits, and "Tsugawa Yoko," a railroad model company!

Hasegawa produces a wide range of products from character kits to scale kits. New products were released from all genres in a well-balanced manner!

Mechatrowego.

From the MECHATROWIGO series comes the third collaboration with Eva! The third collaboration with Eva from the MECHATROWEEGO series is now available!

Crusher Joe

From the popular SF work of the past, "Crusher Joe" comes a kit of the Minerva-equipped ground armored car "Galleon"! A figure is also included in the kit.

Then we found the new "Retro Vending Machine Udon/Soba" of the accessory series for 1/12 figures! We are very much looking forward to this one as well, since the previous hamburger vending machine was of high quality.

The set comes with mini-sized udon (or soba) and a splittable chopstick. It would be fun to display them separately!

Cavico (M.I. Molde)

The concept of "CABICO" is to create three-dimensional works based on the ideas of many creators, regardless of whether they are professionals or amateurs.

From the easy-to-make "Choypla" series, "Melchior Color," "Red Shoulder Custom," and "Blue Tissue Dog" will be released as variation kits of the deformed "Scope Dog (AT-01 Green)" already on sale!

The "Kampf Riesen Mars Series," originally a kit produced by an individual, has been converted into an injection kit through crowdfunding. Following the "No. IV Humanoid Heavy Machine," the "No. III" has finally been made into a kit!

Beaver Corporation

Beaver Corporation handles many scale kits from overseas. The diorama of Takom's "1/72 Battleship Yamato Main Gun" (7,900 yen without tax, on sale now) and the newly released "IJN Sailor Figure Set" (1,900 yen without tax for 50 figures, to be released in May) were on display and were a highlight of the exhibition!

And while we were checking out the new products ......

What a surprise, the anchor of the Battleship Yamato was made into a 1/16 scale kit! Is this really included in the ship model ......? Anyway, I am very curious!

Tsugawa Yoko

Tsugawa Yoko is a company that develops railway-related items. In these days when there are so many dark topics, we need a little laughter! So, here are some interesting works on display!
