My Hero Academia" 3rd theatrical version, key visuals of students and professional heroes gathered! Guest voice actor is Ryo Yoshizawa!

A key visual from the theatrical version of "My Hero Academia: The Movie World Hero's Mission," which will hit the road on August 6, 2021 (Friday), has been released.

My Hero Academia" has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since July 2014. The series has sold more than 50 million copies worldwide in 30 volumes, and the fifth season of the TV anime is currently airing every Saturday evening from 5:30 p.m. The long-awaited third film version of the series will be released in the third season.


The long-awaited third movie "My Hero Academia: The Movie World Hero's Mission" will finally be released in theaters on August 6, 2021 (Friday).

The guest voice actor is Ryo Yoshizawa, who is currently attracting a lot of attention for his portrayal of Eiichi Shibusawa in the NHK historical drama "Seiten wo Sukuke" (Blue Sky).

Mr. Yoshizawa, who has long professed to be a big fan of Hero Academia, will play the role of Roddy Soul, an original character in the movie version designed by Kohei Horikoshi, with his solid ability and "love for Hero Academia".

The key visual of "My Hero Academia: The Movie World Hero's Mission" has been unveiled. The visual, featuring Deku, Katsumi Bakugou, and Jotetsu Todoroki, as well as original movie character Roddy, shows the students of Yuuei High School's Hero Department Class 1A, All Might Endeavor Hawks, professional heroes such as Ryukyu Fatgum, who makes his first appearance in a Heroaca movie, and third-year Hero Department members Rinkyu Fatgum, Tengoku Rin, and Namidori Namihara, all of whom are in their third year in the Hero Department. The third-year students Tengoku Kan and Wave Motion Twist also make their first appearance in the Hero Department!


In the background, the heroes are depicted in countries around the world that are the targets of terrorist attacks by "Idiot Trigger Bombs," bombs that force "individuality" to go out of control and lead to collapse. The powerful visuals foreshadow a story of heroes saving the world in an all-out battle on a super-sized scale.

<What is "My Hero Academia"?
The series has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (published by Shueisha) since July 2014, and the total number of copies sold worldwide has exceeded 50 million for the 30 volumes of comics already published. The story takes place in a world where about 80% of the total population has the supernatural ability of "individuality. Many young people dream of becoming heroes, a profession that protects people and society from accidents, disasters, and criminals/enemies who abuse their "individuality". The story of the hero, Midoriya Deku (Deku), who was born without a "personality" and grows up at Yuuei High School, a prestigious school that produces heroes, in order to become the best hero he can be, has been attracting much sympathy and excitement in North America, Europe, Asia, and the world.
