Production and broadcast of the second season of the TV anime "Yakunara Mugugumo" have been decided. Illustrations and staff comments have arrived.

Yakunara Mug Mugomo" is a TV anime series of the same title based on a free comic published by Planet Inc. since 2012. It is a coming-of-age story about four high school girls who fall in love with the fascination of ceramics, with the theme of Mino-yaki, a traditional craft in Tajimi City. The first season of the series, produced by Nippon Animation, was broadcast from April 2021.

The title of the second season is "Yakunara Mug Mug Mugomo Nibangama", which is expressed by the word "Kiln" from the theme of this work, "Mino Ceramic Ware". Both the animation part in the first half and the live-action part in the second half have been enhanced to show not only the four members devoting themselves to pottery making, but also the charms of "Mino ware" and Tajimi City. Expect to see more of Himeino and her friends' pottery life to come.

After participating in the Mino Ceramic Ware Contest, HIMENO fell in love with ceramics.
Determined to create "something more wonderful," she decides to create her own corner on the shelves of the store where her mother's works were displayed!
She learns the secret story of the birth of "that piece" created by Sanka, her bond with her best friend Naoko, and Juko's secret wish. What does Hime-no, who experiences many things, put on the shelves?
With the addition of new characters, the story of her fun ceramic life unfolds with her unique friends in Tajimi City!

Original story information
In 2010, volunteers and companies in Tajimi City got together and started a project to "energize the city. As part of the project, Planet Corporation, an IT company in Tajimi City, began publishing the free comic "Yakunara Mug Mugomo".
The publication began in 2012 and has now reached volume 33. The series, along with an extra four-frame comic "Naoko's Small Bowl," continues to be published with the support of local residents.
