The more you laugh, the higher you rise, and the more you cry, the stronger you are.

In the last summer of his junior high school life, he met "Men's Rhythmic Gymnastics",
Shoutarou Futaba", a boy who was fascinated by "Men's Rhythmic Gymnastics" in the last summer of his junior high school life.

He entered Soshukan High School (commonly known as Ao High School) and knocked on the door of the men's rhythmic gymnastics club.
There, he meets a group of unique seniors and Misato Ryoya, the star of junior high school men's rhythmic gymnastics.

They spend their days of adolescence passionately devoting themselves to one thing.
They sometimes fail and cross paths, but they work hard toward a single goal in the days they spend together with their friends,
