Popular voice actress Kana Hanazawa announced her label transfer to Pony Canyon! The first single "Moonlight Magic" will be the OP theme of TV Tokyo's Ki Dora 24 "Omimi ni Mia ni Watashi ni Matteara. The first single "Moonlight Magic" will be the OP theme song for TV Tokyo's Ki Dora 24!

Kana Hanazawa, a popular voice actress who has appeared in many hit anime productions such as "The Bride of the Fifth Estate," "Demon Slayer," and "Yuki Yuna is a Brave Woman," will be making her debut with Pony Canyon. In addition, a new official website has been opened and new artist photos have been released.

Kana Hanazawa's first single with Pony Canyon, "Moonlight Magic," will be released on CD on September 29, 2021 (Wednesday). This is her first work since her fifth full-length album "Coco Base" released in February 2019, and her first CD single in about three years, since her 13th single, "It's OK" released in July 2018.

In addition to the title track "Moonlight Magic," which was written by Ms. Hanazawa herself and features lyrics by sound producer Katsutoshi Kitagawa (ROUND TABLE), who has worked with Ms. Hanazawa since the beginning, the album also includes a new song "Minato no Mieru Oka" with lyrics by Ms. Hanazawa as a coupling track. In addition, Chinese versions of the two aforementioned songs will also be included.

In addition, "Moonlight Magic" will be the opening theme song for TV Tokyo's Ki Dora 24 "Omi ni Mimi ni Aitara. It will also be the opening theme. This is an original drama linked to a podcast program along with the audio streaming service Spotify.

I am pleased to announce that I will be transferring to Pony Canyon from ANIPLEX and SACRA MUSIC, with whom I have worked for almost 9 years.

This is a positive reason for me to actively deliver music for a long time to come. We are very happy to be able to take on this new challenge with the staff we usually work with on animated films in a safe and secure environment.

While the Corona disaster has put a stop to our live performances and we are frustrated at not being able to see everyone who has been supporting us, we have been working hard with our music producer, Katsutoshi Kitagawa, to create songs. We have created many wonderful songs, and I hope everyone will listen to them soon.

The first single "Moonlight Magic" was composed by Mr. Katsutoshi Kitagawa and written by me.

We put our all into this sparkling song reminiscent of "Hoshizora Destination," which has become more powerful over the past nine years. In the lyrics, I express my wish that people cherish the time when they feel happy because of the cramped world we live in.
