<Kyo Ramune + kompeito sugar set
The "Kyo Ramune" is made with high-grade wasanbon sugar from Tokushima Prefecture and Yoshino kuzu from Nara Prefecture, and is made using a time-consuming and labor-intensive process based on the method used to make rakugan, which gives it a crispy texture followed by a soft and gentle flavor that leaves a soft, flaky feeling in the mouth.
Ramune (candy) sold in the market is generally made from sugar and cornstarch or glucose, but this "Kyo Ramune" is made from "wasanbon" and "kuzu kudzu" flour. The taste is more like "dried confectionery" than "Ramune", and is characterized by its gentle flavor with less acidity and flavoring.
