Hard-Off Group's secondhand clothing store "Mode-Off Akihabara Store" will close on Sunday, July 25, 2012. The location is on Junk Street, near Tanaka Soba Shop Akihabara, which specializes in Chinese soba noodles. Mode-Off is a secondhand clothing store operated by Hard-Off Corporation (Hard-Off), a recycle store. The store will close after approximately three years and one month since it opened in June 2018.

As noted in the announcement, "Hobby Off Akihabara" on the 3rd and 4th floors will remain open, and the new Hard Off Akihabara No. 2 store is scheduled to open on August 6 (Fri.) on the 1st, 1st and 2nd basement floors. In addition, a sale is underway, offering 30% off all Mode-Off products. (*Hobby-Off products are not included in the sale.)
