Tales of ARISE," which will be released on September 9, 2021 (Thursday), has released a video introducing game systems such as skits and encampments, as well as a video interview with the music composer, Osamu Sakuraba.

Tales of Arise" is the latest title in the "Tales of" series, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the release of the first title, and has evolved significantly in addition to continuing the series' traditions. The game will be released on PS5/PS4/Xbox one/Xbox Series X|S on September 9, 2021 (Thursday) and on STEAM on September 10 (Friday), targeting not only fans of the past series but also RPG fans around the world living in a new era.

Game System Introduction

The video introduces various communication and "side trip" elements in "Tales of Arise" such as skit, camp, cooking, fishing, and so on!

◆Skit
The "Skit" system is a feature of the "Tales of" series that allows players to enjoy various conversations during their adventures.
Skits allow players to glimpse interesting aspects of the characters from various angles that cannot be seen only in the main storyline, which often takes a serious turn.
The skit presentation in this title has evolved into a 3D representation. Costumes and attachments that players set and equip, as well as "location" and "time" are now reflected in the skit, enhancing the "existential" feeling as if you are watching the adventures of the characters right in front of your eyes.

◆Camping
Camping" is a way to communicate with friends and to recover.
At the encampment spot, you can look back on skits that occurred along the way, or choose a character to share a conversation with before going to sleep, allowing you to see a new side of them.

The series' familiar "quirky" cuisine is still alive and well!
Each character has his or her own specialties, and special effects will be generated when you entrust them with their specialties.

Find "Fleur's friends" that are lurking everywhere.
Dana owls of various colors, shapes and sizes are hidden in towns and fields. By finding owls, you can return them to "Owl's Forest" and obtain attachments they have.

Fishing
Fishing" is a great way to catch a big fish!
You can do "fishing" at the waterside you visit during your adventures. Party member Kisara, in particular, is a fishing enthusiast.
Not only will you be able to get unique fishing results at each fishing spot, but you will also be able to record your catches and collect your own fishing achievements.
