The 15th anniversary of "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion! Special edition of the first film in the series with renewed OP & ED music will be broadcast on TV from October 1!

To commemorate the 15th anniversary of the "Code Geass" series in October 2021, it has been decided that the first work in the series will be broadcast on TV as "15th Anniversary Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" in a special edition with new OP and ED music.

The first TV series in the "Code Geass" series, "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion," was broadcast from October 2006 to March 2007. The sequel, "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion R2," was expanded to a nationwide broadcast and ran from April to September 2008. Its shocking ending drew a huge response.
A new series began in 2009. The series has been expanded into a variety of media, including the theatrical anime "Code Geass: Akito the Exiled," the original comic series "Code Geass: Jet-Black Renya" and "Code Geass: Souhou no Oz," musicals, orchestra concerts, exhibitions, games, and figurines.
The trilogy of film versions were released consecutively on October 21, 2017, and a sequel, the completely new film version of "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection," will be released in 2019.

On December 5, 2020, the birthday of Lelouch, the main character of "Lelouch of the Rebellion," the "Code Geass Next 10years Project" was launched. The first new smartphone game "Code Geass Genesic Re;CODE" and the second new animation series "Code Geass Retrieval of Zetto" were announced at the "Code Geass New Project Presentation" held on December 5, 2020, the birthday of Lelouch, the main character of "Lelouch of the Rebellion.

To commemorate the 15th anniversary of the "Code Geass" series, which has been developed in various media including the TV animation "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" since 2006, in October 2021, the first work in the series will be released as "15th Anniversary Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" with new OP and ED music. The series will be broadcast on TV in a special edition with new OP and ED music as "15th Anniversary Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion".

In addition, a new smartphone game "Code Geass Genesic Re;CODE," the first project of the "Code Geass Next 10years Project," which started on the occasion of the 15th anniversary for further development in the future, will be released in August. The game is the first project of the "Code Geass Next 10years Project".

15th Anniversary Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" TV Broadcast

A TV broadcast commemorating the 15th anniversary of the broadcast of "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion," the first work in the "Code Geass" series, has been decided.
It will be broadcast in the same MBS/TBS affiliate Anime-ism slot as the first broadcast 15 years ago, allowing viewers to experience the excitement of the first broadcast once again.
Broadcasting will begin on October 1, 2021 (Friday).

I was able to create this work while imagining what I could project beyond the stages of all the works, almost drowning in their charms before I knew it. New smartphone game "Code Geass Genesic Re;CODE
This is a Geass RPG that brings together all the characters from the past Code Geass series, including Lelouch, Akito, Renya, Orpheus, and Aldrin, and depicts a new story of revenge with new protagonist characters.
The game is supervised by Goro Taniguchi, director of the TV series and the movie "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection," and Ichirou Okochi, who wrote the screenplay, with planning and production by Sunrise, character design by CLAMP, and staff from the original anime participating. The game will also feature a new original story by renowned authors and new characters completely drawn by famous illustrators. The game will be a portal game that tells the story of past Code Geass and future Code Geass.

Pre-registration is now being accepted, and events will be held in conjunction with the "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" 15th anniversary TV broadcast.
