Ippudo will hold an event on August 21, 2021 (Sat) on "Ippujima," an island being created by Ippudo in Switch's "Atsumare Animal Crossing," where visitors can make reservations in advance.

Ippujima was opened to the public in October 2020 by Ippudo, a global ramen restaurant, with the aim of creating "an island that makes you want to eat ramen unintentionally. The island will be the ramen industry's first "Atsumemori no shima" (island of ramen) and will enliven the ramen world by creating facilities in the image of "Ippudo" stores, distributing ramen-inspired Mydesa, and planning events for visitors to the island.

The event to be held this time is "Ippu Island's Natsuyasumi: Which is the Summer Vacation King? Akamaru-gumi vs. Shiromaru-gumi". Teams will be divided into "Akamaru-gumi" and "Shiromaru-gumi" and compete against each other in summer-like competitions such as bare diving and insect catching. The winning team will receive a prize that can be used in the game!

After the competition, there will be free time so that participants can enjoy a final bowl of ramen at the "Main Restaurant," exchange DIY recipes, take pictures with the completed "Japan Local Ramen Map," and create memories.
