Denko Choujin Gridman" is a special effects TV series that was broadcast in 1993.Even though it was produced before personal computers became commonplace in households, it gained popularity for its content that anticipated modern concepts such as the "Internet" and "computer viruses.

"SSSS.GRIDMAN" aired from October 2018, and was created by "Tsuburaya Productions" and " TRIGGER ". GRIDMAN" is a completely new animation by Tsuburaya Productions and TRIGGER. The character settings have been completely renewed, and Gridman's activities are depicted in a new worldview.

DYNAZENON," which aired in April 2021, is based on the same original story as "SSSS.GRIDMAN," directed by Tetsu Amemiya, script by Keiichi Hasegawa, character design by Masaru Sakamoto, and music by Shiro Sagisu.
