The latest trailer has been released for THE DARK PICTURES: HOUSE OF ASHES, which will be released in 2021 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and STEAM.

THE DARK PICTURES series is a horror adventure series designed around the concept of continuously delivering new and frightening experiences. Each title in the series stands alone and features a completely different story, setting, and characters. Development will be handled by Supermassive Games, the developers of Until Dawn - Villa of the Scourge.

Another great feature of the game is that the story can be shared by two people online or up to five people offline while spinning the controller. Whether you are not a fan of horror, want to share your horror experience with friends, or just by yourself, you can enjoy the game in a variety of ways.

<STORY> The story takes place in Iraq in 2003.

As the conflict nears its end, CIA agent Rachel King joins an elite military unit and is ordered to investigate a suspected underground chemical weapons facility hidden in the shadow of the Zagros Mountains.

Upon arriving at the coordinates, the unit is ambushed by a local patrol led by Sergeant Salim Osman.
However, in the middle of the battle, an earthquake suddenly occurs and the ground caves in.
Both friend and foe were thrown into the ruins of a Sumerian temple buried deep underground.

At the same time, something evil awakens in the darkness beneath the Arabian Desert.
