PS5/PS4 "Horizon Forbidden West" to be released on February 18, 2022! Patches for the previous title "Horizon Zero Dawn" for PS5 are also now available!

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that "Horizon Forbidden West" for PS5 and PS4 will be released on Friday, February 18, 2022.

Horizon Forbidden West" is a story that begins six months after the popular "Horizon Zero Dawn," which sold over 10 million copies worldwide. The main character, Arloi, travels to the American West to investigate the erosion of the land by red corrosion of unknown origin.

With the introduction of new equipment and a new worldview, this work offers a different landscape from the previous work. For example, with the introduction of a diving mask, it is now possible to swim freely in the sea, where various fish and seaweed exist. The worldview of this work is even more advanced than that of the previous work.

The release date has now been set for February 18, 2022 (Friday). Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on September 2, 2021 (Thursday).
