Many voice-over artists and voice-over units entered! The official voting project "Which song is your favorite? 2021 Summer Anime ED Theme Popularity Poll" has started!

Akiba Research Institute's official voting project "Which song is your favorite? 2021 Summer Anime ED Theme Popularity Poll" started on August 26, 2021. The deadline for voting is September 9.

As well as the OP theme, the new anime of the summer season of 2021 have been released, and the ED theme has been announced at a glance, so the Akiba Research Institute's annual official project "Which song is your favorite?

There are 34 ED themes this time.

In contrast to the OP theme poll in which a variety of musicians were represented, this season's ED themes were sung by popular voice actors, either as artists or characters. Sixteen songs, almost half of the total, were chosen.
There were songs by voice cast units such as "Lapis" (Trysail) from"Magia Records: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Gaiden 2nd SEASON -Awakening Eve-" and " Love Live! The song is a unit song of voice actors like "Lapis" (Trysail) from "Love Live! Super Star!(Liella!) and"PLACES" (TRIGGER) from "Idolish Seven Third BEAT!
Units that provide songs for other works as artists while originating from anime works, such as "Possibility" (Argonavis) from"Bokutachi no Remake" and "BLACK LOTUS" (Rin Maikyoku (from D4DJ))from "D_CIDE TRAUMEREI THE ANIMATION".
Matron of the Goddess Dormitory.Zettai! Kimi Sengen ♡" (Goddess Dormitory Students + α) from "Goddess Dormitory Students + α " and "Meido Uizu Doragonzu ❤︎" (Super Chorogonzu)from "Kobayashi-sanchi no Maidragon S", which are sung by the cast as characters.
Then there is a great variety of songs by voice-over artists such as"Broken World Second Hand" (Sogo Nakamura) from "RE-MAIN," "Dream on" (Mamoru Miyano) from"Uramichi Ojisan," and "Friisiia" (Ten Amamiya) from "Tenkan Gatatsu Fuku. Many of the songs are sung by cast members appearing in the works or have a strong affinity with anime, making this a season that is pleasing to the ears of anime song and voice actor fans.

In addition, as with the OP theme, there is a full lineup of tie-up songs.
The songs by artists with strong personalities such as "Double Standard" (Philosophy Dance) from"Honors Student at Magical High School," "Losing Ivy Live Play" (15 Years Old and Yasuko Omori) from"Battle in 5 Seconds" and "Beautiful Dreamer" (Ezoshika Gourmet Club) from"Moon Leads the Way in Another World" are also not to be missed. The music by artists with strong personalities, such as "Beautiful Dreamer" (Ezoshika Gourmet Club) from "Tsuki ni tsuite isekai douchu" (Moon Leads the World), cannot be missed.

On the other hand, among the songs by ani-song singers (a phrase that is also interpreted differently by different people), "Missing Promise" (Konomi Suzuki) from"Higurashi When They Cry Graduation" and "Moon Sea Cradle" (Mia REGINA) from "Shiroi Suna no Aquatope" were entered. The high singing ability of the singers has colored this season's anime as well.
